Today, on 23.11.2021, it was held the meeting of Industrial Advisory Board of faculty of Philology<\/h3><\/div>
The Industrial Advisory Board of the Faculty of Philology, <\/strong>held its next meeting where, among other things, the joint organization of a workshop of interest to industry was discussed.<\/p>\n

On 23.11.2021, the Industrial Advisory Board of the Faculty of Philology held its next meeting with the following agenda: Joint cooperation initiatives between the Faculty and Industry, for the transfer of knowledge and contribution to the community; Identify current challenges in the field of knowledge transfer related to the labor market and organize workshops of interest to industry.<\/p>\n

Board members discussed issues of common interest such as following the industry trend through questionnaires and various analyzes for new professional and scientific programs of the second cycle Master, as a new criterion for employment of graduates in accordance with the Administrative Instruction no. 05\/21, of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.<\/p>\n

After discussions on joint cooperation initiatives between the Faculty and Industry, for the transfer of knowledge, it was decided to hold workshops with members of industry and faculty on the topics: Content of curricula and the impact on building quality and academic capacity teaching and research for future graduates, necessary for the Prizren and Kosovo Region; review of new second cycle Master programs in accordance with market needs, research of absorption capacities of school institutions and others (need for teachers, lecturers, professional translators, according to the needs of institutions, etc.) for graduates of the Faculty of Philology, development of cultural cooperation with the Municipality of Prizren and intercultural exchanges with different communities in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Philology.<\/p>\n

These activities are taking place at the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren in order to meet the objectives set out in the Strategic Plan of the University 2020-2024, about the contribution to the community, through the transfer of knowledge.<\/p>\n
